Editorial Standards
Every guide on Playing the Back Nine follows the same standards.
Research
- Health information comes from public health agencies, medical institutions and peer-reviewed sources. We list the main sources at the end of each health article.
- We describe what is known in plain language, and we say so when the evidence is limited.
Writing
- No scare tactics, no miracle language, no promises about results.
- Every health guide says clearly when something needs a doctor rather than a new habit.
- We don't name or promote products in our guides. Our guides and any promotional pages are kept separate.
Review and updates
Guides are reviewed when sources change and at least once a year. The date at the top of each article shows when it was last published or updated.
